- Beat unsalted butter and sugar in a bowl, till you get a cream consistency.
- Add vanilla essence and egg and beat well again
- Add all purpose flour mix slowly and fold it well.
- Add finely chopped strawberries and mix well.
- Keep paper cups in the cup cake mold.
- Fill this mix in to the cup cake mold. Make sure to fill 2/3 portion of the molds and tap it well.
- Place it in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till done.
- Check by inserting toothpick at the centre of the cup cake, if it comes out clean, it is done.
- Remove it from oven and let it cool. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Serve it.
