  2. In a pan,add oil and onions,fry them till it's get golden brown then add capsicum,carrots,salt..then saute them for 3-5 minutes till it's half cooked
  3. Add vinegar and soya sauce..mix it well..
  4. Add boiled macaroni in this and mix it well..then cook this for 2-4 minutes on a medium flame..
  5. Garnish this with coriander…serve hot with tomato sauce
