  17. Make ready 1 tbsp honey
  18. Take 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  19. Get Salt and pepper
  20. Get Boiled rice
  21. Prepare Tortilla chips
  22. Take Grated cheese
Instructions to make Chilli-Quorn-Charlie:
  1. Finely chop the onion and add to a large pan with the oil. Cook on a low heat for 5-8 mins until soft
  2. Finely dice the red pepper, red chilli and crush the garlic. Turn the heat up to medium and add to the pan, for a few minutes until softened.
  3. Add the spices and stir for 2 mins until aromatic
  4. Add the tomatoes, passata, puree and stock. Stir and let simmer for 8 mins.
  5. Add the drained beans, quorn, honey and Worcester sauce. Stir and simmer for 10 mins. Or leave on a low heat until ready.
  6. Add salt, pepper and more Worcester sauce to taste. Serve with boiled rice, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
