Instructions to make Instant dhokla in idli pot:
- Take gram flour in a bowl add haldi salt sugar ginger garlic paste lemon juice and some water and make a paste of it.
- Cover the mixer and let it rest for 10 mins.
- Steam an idli pot for 5 mins on high flame.
- Mix Eno powder into the mixer and mix slowly. Now grease the idli plates with oil. Pour the mixer into the plates and place them into the pot. Steam for 20 mins.
- For tadka take 2 tablespoons oil in tadka pan and heat the oil.. add Rai Curry patta and green chillies. Now pour the tadka on dhokla.. garnish with coconut shred.
