  7. Add in your lemon juice together with the vanilla essence and mix
  8. Transfer it into your baking tin then tap to remove air bubbles and level
  9. Put into the preheated oven and allow to bake for 45 - 50 minutes under 175 degrees Celsius
  10. Check, using a fork. If the fork comes out clean, it's ready
  11. Remove from oven and allow to cool
  12. Remove from the baking tins and wrap it in a cling fling or a polythene
  13. Remove when completely cooled, level and serve
