  6. Add sliced onions. Cook it for 2-3 mins. Add ginger & garlic. Let it cook till golden brown. Add cumin powder, tomatoes and salt per taste. Cook it for another 5 min on medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of water then add fried chicken.
  7. Mix it all together, serve it in the serving dish. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Enjoy.
  8. For lentils (Daal)
  9. Wash the lentils under the cold tap water for 3 -4 times to take any excess starch out.
  10. Place a pot on the medium heat. Add 1 tbsp oil. Add sliced garlic and ginger. Cook for 40 seconds or until little brown.
  11. Add lentils, salt and mix it together. Add water and turmeric. Let it simmer on low heat for 15-20mins. Should you required more water then add little more. Don’t add too much water.
  12. Serve with rice, papadum, pickle or your choice of naan bread or tandoori roti.

Baked/boiled Potatoes mixed with vegetables seasoned with herbs and Nepalese spices. Roasted Soybean mixed with Himalayan spices and herbs Bamboo shoots, fresh diced potatoes, black eye beans cooked with Nepalese herbs and spices.
