  7. Puree strawberries and granulated sugar in a blender or food processor until smooth. Chill puree.
  8. Dissove strawberry jello in the boiling water
  9. Add chilled strawberry puree to jello and mix well. Refigerate until just starting to thicken but NOT setting up. About 45 minutes, stir often for even cooling.
  10. Beat cream until it forms soft peaks
  11. Add cream cheese, vanilla and confectioner's sugar, beat just until it is combined
  12. Beat in cold strawberry mixture quickly just until completely blended
  13. Pour over cooled brownie base in springform pam. Cover and Refigerate at least 6 hours or overnight to set
  14. Run a small sharp knife around edges of springform pan then realease sides of pan
  15. Garnish top of torte with whipped cream, strawberrys and drizzle with warm melted Chocolate. It will set quickly
