- Cool the cake and level it then divide into two. Start decorating by sprinkling the sugar syrup then spreading the whipping cream and finally the chopped grapes..
- Put the other piece on top, sprinkle the remaining sugar syrup, cover the whole cake using the remaining whipping cream and decorate as desired.
