Instructions to make Beef haleem:
- Soak all the lentils for 4 to 6 hours.
- Boil them with haldi and half cup oil and green chillies.until done.blend into smooth consistency
- Fry onions in oil until translucent add ginger garlic paste and beef,mix well add tomatoes and all spices bhonify well add water and cook until mashy.
- When done take out the bones and shred the meat.add meat and masala into lentil mixture.add salt and cook for 45 min.stir continuously (ghotta lagana).
- Check the consistency sprinkle chaat masala and and give bagharr of onion,
- Garnish with fried onion,fresh dhania,chilli and ginger
