  2. Turn the fish and sprinkle some more breadcrumbs and bake again for 5 minutes.Sprinkle lemon juice and serve with green chillies and onion rings.

For the baked sea bass, put the coriander (leaves and stalks), garlic, chilli, palm sugar, oil, salt, sugar and lemon juice in a food processor and blend to a paste consistency.
